99ab Terms & Conditions —
Your Agreement with the Platform

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "99ab" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming website operated at https://99ab.bid, including all products, services, games, and features accessible through that domain.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 99ab Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 99ab wallet, comprising the Main Wallet and, where applicable, a Bonus Wallet.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means a stake placed by a Player on any sports market, casino game, slot, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by 99ab to Players, subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that Players must complete to access full Platform functionality, including withdrawals.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who creates an Account and uses the 99ab Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which all Account balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated on the Platform.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which accessing the Platform is prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion periods, cool-off periods, and reality checks available within every 99ab Account.

By registering an Account with 99ab, accessing the Platform, placing any Bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You have read and accept the 99ab Privacy Policy.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organization that uses automated tools to participate in gaming.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the money you wager.

These Terms are effective from the date of your Account registration and remain in force for the duration of your relationship with 99ab. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To create a valid 99ab Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Register using your own identity — registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Not be a resident of a Restricted Territory where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law.
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of 99ab or any associated entity (or an immediate family member thereof) unless explicitly authorized in writing.
• Have a valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.

Each individual may hold only one (1) 99ab Account at any time. The simultaneous operation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be detected during KYC and account verification procedures. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses associated with them will be forfeited without compensation.

99ab is required under the conditions of its international gaming license to verify the identity and age of all Players. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed. 99ab may request one or more of the following documents: government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, recent utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe as notified by 99ab will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

As a registered Player, you are solely responsible for:

• Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Unauthorized Access: Notifying 99ab immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Information Accuracy: Keeping your registered personal details — including mobile number and payment method details — accurate and up to date. 99ab accepts no liability for failed transactions or withheld payouts arising from inaccurate Player-submitted information.
• Device Security: Ensuring that devices used to access your 99ab Account are adequately secured and not accessible to underage individuals, particularly where the device is shared within a household.
• Tax Compliance: Understanding and fulfilling any applicable tax obligations arising from your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction. 99ab does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax liability incurred by Players.

99ab reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account pending investigation if there is reason to believe that the Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party or that Account activity is inconsistent with normal use patterns.

99ab accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency transactions are accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Payment page at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other party — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review. Any funds deposited from a third-party source will be returned to the originating account and the Player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. To request a withdrawal, a Player must have:

• Completed full KYC verification;
• A verified payment method on file that matches the Player's registered identity;
• Met all applicable wagering requirements for any bonus funds forming part of the withdrawal amount.

99ab aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval for verified accounts. Processing times may vary based on the payment method and network conditions. 99ab reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

The minimum withdrawal amount on 99ab is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold cannot be processed and will be declined. The minimum may be subject to revision; the current minimum is displayed on the Payment page at all times.

All bets placed on the 99ab Platform are subject to these Terms and any specific rules published for the relevant sport, market, or game. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail. 99ab reserves the right to void any Bet that has been placed in error, that exploits a technical malfunction or pricing error, or that is found to have been placed in violation of these Terms.

Cricket betting markets on 99ab include PSL, bilateral series, T20 internationals, ODIs, and Test matches. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official result announced by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or declared a no-result, 99ab's specific cricket betting rules applicable to that market type shall govern settlement. Live in-play bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system — not at the odds displayed before confirmation.

All casino and live dealer games on the 99ab Casino floor are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology (for virtual games) or professional live dealer studios (for live games). Game outcomes are determined entirely by the relevant game system and not influenced by 99ab. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee individual session results.

Slot game RTP figures are determined by the game provider and are independently audited. The minimum RTP for any slot title available on 99ab is 95%. Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the Platform are updated in real time but may vary between display and actual jackpot trigger due to network latency. 99ab accepts no liability for minor discrepancies between displayed and actual jackpot amounts.

Maximum single-event payout limits apply to sportsbook bets placed on 99ab. Maximum payout figures by sport and market type are displayed at the time of bet placement. The aggregate maximum payout on any single bet or series of accumulated bets from a single event shall not exceed the limit specified for that product category. 99ab reserves the right to split or void bets that exceed these limits at the time of placement.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 99ab are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms. Unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they may be transferred to the Main Wallet or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the promotion. Expired bonuses are voided automatically.
• Each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
• Free spins are valid only for the designated game(s) and must be used within the stated validity period. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 99ab reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any amendment does not adversely affect the value of a bonus already credited to a Player's account.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the relevant promotion explicitly states that combination is permitted.
• Any evidence of systematic exploitation of bonuses — including, without limitation, low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99ab Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, participate in games, or exploit promotional offers.
• Match-fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulation of sports outcomes or game results.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, bugs, or pricing errors on the Platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider after funds have been used for betting.
• Abusing the live chat or support system, including threatening or abusive communications directed at 99ab staff.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to any other person.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention tool.

All content on the 99ab Platform — including but not limited to the 99ab name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, data compilations, and software — is the property of the Company or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any 99ab branding, trademarks, or visual assets for any commercial or promotional purpose.
• Frame or mirror the Platform or any part of it on any other website or service.

Any unauthorized use of 99ab intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

99ab collects, stores, and processes Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://99ab.bid/privacy-policy. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement.
• Payment data is processed securely and is not stored in its entirety on 99ab's systems beyond what is required for transaction reconciliation.
• 99ab does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention obligations under the Platform's licensing conditions.

99ab is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all Players at all times through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Configure a maximum session duration after which you are automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at configurable intervals reminding you of elapsed play time and current session net position.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform for periods ranging from 6 months to 5 years. During self-exclusion, your Account is fully locked and any marketing communications are suppressed immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 99ab provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• 99ab does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may affect Platform availability.
• 99ab's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 99ab accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including loss of profits, arising from use of the Platform.
• 99ab is not responsible for telecommunications failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions that prevent a Player from accessing the Platform or result in a bet not being registered or settled correctly.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law.

99ab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Duplicate account detection;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected use by an underage individual;
• Chargebacks initiated by the Player through their payment provider;
• Any circumstances in which continued operation of the Account would expose 99ab to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Players may request voluntary closure of their 99ab Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Balance in the Main Wallet (net of pending wagering requirements on Bonus Wallet funds) will be returned via the Player's last verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC. Accounts under investigation will not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

99ab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 99ab will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an on-screen notification upon login. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99ab holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 99ab:

• Step 1 – Internal Complaint: The Player must first submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. 99ab will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 2 – Escalation: If the complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction at Step 1, the Player may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body specified in 99ab's gaming license conditions.
• Step 3 – Legal Proceedings: Legal proceedings may only be initiated after the above steps have been exhausted and shall be brought in the courts of the governing jurisdiction.

During any dispute resolution process, the Player's Account may be placed under temporary restriction to preserve the integrity of the investigation. 99ab will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
